I'm a northern girl at heart, from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and made my journey to Texas in 2006 after marrying my true love. He came all the way to the deep north woods of Cable, Wisconsin to find me. Intrigued? I promise to fill in the missing puzzle pieces for you over your session! My husband and I now have three amazing children, two boys and a sweet baby girl, and life is nonstop for us in the best way. [Rewind] I started capturing life with a camera back in middle school and never put the camera down. Art and children have always been HUGE passions for me. I went to the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities for Graphic Design and Advertising, but decided my heart was meant for working with children shortly after getting married. After seven wonderful years of teaching kindergarten, I began pursuing photography as a profession. I'm blessed to be able to work with amazing families, children and schools. Life is magnificent, life is messy, life is imperfect...but when captured it builds a beautiful story. 

In my spare time (that would be between 10pm and midnight most days, HA!), I love looking back at the moments I've captured of our own family story. Our days are busy but I try to keep my camera ready to shoot, so these fleeting moments don't pass by too quickly. 

The best thing about a picture is that it never changes, even when the people in it do.
